This enacted bill authorizes the City to lease about 3,899 square feet of office space at 112 North Broad Street from the John F. Kennedy Behavioral Health Center. The lease has a five-year term, two possible two-year renewals, and first-year base rent of approximately $77,980, with the City also responsible for its share of operating costs.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease agreement with John F. Kennedy Behavioral Health center, for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 112 North Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
