This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain land within the area bounded by Flamingo Street, Lawn Street, Edsall Street, Shaw Street, and Hillside Avenue. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s Map B and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Flamingo Street, Lawn Street, Esdall Street, Shaw Street, and Hillside Avenue.
