This enacted bill authorizes the City Commerce Department to enter agreements with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau to host Army-Navy football games in Philadelphia in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022. The agreements set out responsibilities and terms for hosting the games at Lincoln Financial Field.
