This enacted measure amended Philadelphia’s zoning rules for signs in the Market Street East Advertising District. It allows certain signs on the north-facing façade of a bridge over 9th or 10th Street between Market and Filbert Streets to be located more than 100 feet north of the Market Street lot line.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-906, entitled "Market Street East Sign Regulations," all under certain terms and conditions.
