This enacted ordinance revises and increases fees for air-management installation permits, operating licenses, and applications. It also changes fees for asbestos licenses, project permits, notifications, certifications, and requests to use alternative work methods, affecting businesses, contractors, laboratories, inspectors, investigators, and others applying for or holding these approvals.

Amending Title 3 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Air Management Code," and Chapter 6-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Asbestos Projects," to revise fees, under certain terms and conditions.
