The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Parks and Recreation Commissioner and Procurement Commissioner to enter into an agreement with Loveluck LLC to design, build, manage, and operate a food and beverage concession at the Fairmount Park Welcome Center in Love Park. The agreement would begin with a 10-year term and could be renewed for two additional five-year terms at the City’s discretion; Loveluck LLC would pay the City set fees plus 1% of gross revenue and handle operations, utilities, maintenance, repairs, trash, and snow removal in the concession space.

Authorizing the Parks and Recreation Commissioner and the Procurement Commissioner to enter into a Concession Agreement with Loveluck LLC, for the design, construction, management and operation of a food and beverage concession in the Fairmount Park Welcome Center in John F. Kennedy Plaza, a/k/a Love Park, all under certain terms and conditions.
