This enacted ordinance adopts Philadelphia’s Fiscal 2020 Capital Budget, totaling $2,742,362,000, for capital projects during July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. It authorizes the Finance Director and City Controller to approve spending within the budget, subject to available loans, certified funds, and required grant awards for projects relying on outside funding.
