The enacted ordinance authorizes the City, through the Commissioner of Public Property, to enter into an agreement naming the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority as the City’s agent for marketing, competitively bidding, selling, and developing the City-owned property at 1221-25 N. 4th Street. It also authorizes the City Solicitor to review and approve documents needed to carry out the ordinance and protect the City’s interests.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into an agreement between the City and the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority ("PRA") for the PRA to act as the City's agent for the marketing, competitive bidding, sale and development, as applicable, of certain City-owned properties, under certain terms and conditions.
