This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer some or all City-owned parcels near Tacony, Levick, Milnor, and Barnett Streets to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The transfer must follow stated terms and conditions, and the City Solicitor must review and approve the required documents before they are signed.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Tacony Street, Levick Street, Milnor Street and Barnett Street, under certain terms and conditions.
