This enacted ordinance authorizes Temple University to install, own, and maintain non-standard lights in the public right-of-way along its library property frontage at 1901–47 North Park Avenue. The lights must leave at least six feet of clear sidewalk on West Norris Street and five feet on North 13th Street, and Temple must obtain required approvals and meet the City’s insurance, maintenance, removal, and other conditions.

Authorizing The Pennsylvania Commonwealth System of Higher Education, DBA Temple University, C/O Kenneth Kaiser & Thomas McCreesh, to install, own, and maintain non-standard lights in the Public Right-of-Way at 1901-47 North Park Avenue, along the Temple University Library property frontage, all under certain terms and conditions.
