This enacted ordinance authorizes Noel Karasanyi, doing business as The Barn, to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 4901 Catherine Street. The café may extend six feet into the west sidewalk along South 49th Street, while at least seven feet of clear sidewalk must remain; the owner must obtain required permits, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove the café if required for a city construction project.
