This enacted ordinance authorizes Yishai Kedar to own and maintain an existing exterior stairway that extends into the public right-of-way near 1501 North Front Street, while keeping at least six feet of clear sidewalk space. The authorization requires permits and a City agreement, insurance and other conditions, and the stairway may have to be removed at the owner's expense if the City provides notice for a municipal construction project.
