The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s street-vending rules to prohibit vendors from stopping, standing, or parking vehicles or other conveyances to sell goods on the south side of Spring Garden Street between Broad Street and 16th Street. It took effect immediately and affects vendors operating in that section of the street.

Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by prohibiting vending along certain portions of Spring Garden street; all under certain terms and conditions.
