This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to sign a sublease with The Philadelphia Municipal Authority for the City to use about 4,123 square feet of office space at 804 North Broad Street. The sublease would run for 10 years, with an option to renew for five years, and the City would pay rent and its share of utilities, insurance, taxes, and operating expenses.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement with The Philadelphia Municipal Authority, for use by the City of a portion of the premises located at 804 North Broad Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
