READ AND PASSED

This enacted ordinance adds two permissible locations for farmers’ markets in Philadelphia: the east side of North Christopher Columbus Boulevard from Race Street Pier to about 150 feet south of Cherry Street Pier, and both sides of North Front Street between Oxford Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue. It affects farmers’ market operators and vendors using these sidewalks and adjoining curb lanes, as well as people who use those areas.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location, all under certain terms and conditions.
