Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 180285) approved on June 6, 2018, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain various encroachments at 1 Convention Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period of compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein and making technical corrections.
