This enacted ordinance authorizes bicycle lanes on both sides of Richmond Street between Lewis Street and Berkshire Street. It removes a parking lane on each side and establishes no stopping at any time on that section; the parking changes take effect after signs are installed following the PennDOT resurfacing of Richmond Street.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize bicycle lanes on Richmond Street, from Lewis Street to Berkshire Street; and making associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
