This enacted ordinance adds the sidewalk and curb lane on the west side of South Broad Street between Morris Street and Castle Avenue to the locations where farmers’ markets are permitted. It affects farmers’ market operators and people using that section of South Broad Street, and took effect immediately.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on South Broad Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
