This enacted ordinance establishes one-way traffic rules on specified portions of 85th Street, 86th Street, Eastwick Avenue, Harley Place, and Luther Place. It directs traffic southbound on 86th Street, northbound on 85th Street, eastbound on Eastwick Avenue, and westbound on Harley Place and Luther Place.
