This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to grant the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation a temporary construction easement covering about 1,567 square feet at 3400 West Girard Avenue. The easement is for constructing transportation improvements in the area bounded by Girard Avenue, North 34th Street, and Zoological Drive.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, a temporary construction easement on a portion of the parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Girard Avenue, North 34th Street and Zoological Drive, commonly known as 3400 West Girard Avenue.
