The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the official City Plan by placing Alter Street between Seventeenth and Eighteenth Streets, so the plan more closely matches existing conditions. The change is subject to requirements for an agreement protecting the City from damage claims, payment of public-hearing advertising costs by the interested party, and a $200 payment to the City Treasury within specified deadlines.
