This enacted ordinance permits overnight parking for commercial vehicles on the west side of South 11th Street between Catherine Street and Webster Street, despite the usual restriction near residential properties. From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., that section will be limited to authorized vehicles with no parking otherwise.

Amending Section 12-901 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited at Certain Places," to permit overnight truck parking on South 11th Street between Catherine Street and Webster Street and to establish parking regulations on the same portion of South 11th Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
