The enacted ordinance granted Esteban Ginez, owner and operator of the Los Potrillos food truck, permission to install and maintain electrical wires and conduits in the public right-of-way on the west side of the 4200 block of G Street to supply electricity to the truck. The permission required compliance with city rules, permits, a bond and insurance, and removal and street restoration if ordered; the ordinance stated that it would no longer be effective after June 30, 2021.

Granting permission to Esteban Ginez, owner and operator of Los Potrillos Food Truck located in the right-of-way on the west side of the 4200 block of G Street between E. Hunting Park Avenue and E. Bristol Street, to install, use and maintain certain electrical wires, conduits and appurtenances in, under and over the right-of-way on the 4200 block of G Street between E. Hunting Park Avenue and E. Bristol Street, for the purpose of supplying electricity to said lunch truck, under certain terms and conditions.
