This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to add portions of Sigma Way and Tackawanna Street to the official City Plan in the area northeast of Vankirk Street. The property owners involved must meet conditions including dedicating the street beds to the City at no cost, filing agreements protecting the City from related claims, paying hearing advertising costs, and paying $200 toward the ordinance’s costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 270 by placing on the City Plan Sigma Way from Erdrick Street to Tackawanna Street, northeast of Vankirk Street, and Tackawanna Street from Vankirk Street to Sigma Way, northwest of Erdrick Street, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City of the beds of said Sigma Way and Tackawanna Street.
