This enacted ordinance authorizes paving Sigma Way between Erdrick Street and Tackawanna Street, and Tackawanna Street between Vankirk Street and Sigma Way. The work may be arranged through a City contract or paid for by the interested party under an agreement and bond; the streets must first be dedicated or opened for public use, and $200 must be paid into the City Treasury within 120 days after the ordinance becomes law.

Authorizing the paving of Sigma Way, from Erdrick Street to Tackawanna Street, and Tackawanna Street, from Vankirk Street to Sigma Way, under certain terms and conditions.
