This enacted bill establishes time-limited parking regulations on parts of Larchwood Street, Irving Street, Upland Street, South 51st Street, and South 54th Street. Depending on the street, parking is limited to two or four hours during specified weekday or daily time periods, with exceptions for vehicles covered by Residential Parking Permit areas 2 and 3.
