The enacted ordinance authorizes James Herman, doing business as KFN Holdings LLC, to construct, own, and maintain an exterior stairway at 1248-50 North Front Street that would extend into the public sidewalk along West Thompson Street. At least six feet of clear sidewalk must remain, and the owner must obtain required approvals, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove the stairway if directed by the City for certain public projects.
