This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for the Central Delaware Riverfront Overlay District, including requirements for ground-floor uses, building height, parking, building design, public spaces, trails, and waterfront development. It also revises rules for earning additional floor area or building height, including through mixed-income housing and stormwater management, affecting property owners and developers in the covered riverfront areas.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to revise certain provisions of subsection 14-507 entitled "/CDO, Central Delaware Riverfront Overlay District," to revise certain provisions of subsection 14-702, entitled "Floor Area, Height, and Housing Unit Density Bonuses," and to make related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
