This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Public Property and Parks and Recreation commissioners to lease a portion of South Philadelphia High School from the School District of Philadelphia. The City will maintain and operate the space for public use and for School District students, with a term of up to 25 years and nominal rent; the City may end the lease after four years.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the Parks and Recreation Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to lease from the School District of Philadelphia certain land and improvements known as a portion of South Philadelphia High School, owned by the School District of Philadelphia, all under certain terms and conditions.
