The enacted bill authorizes the City Treasurer’s Office to enter agreements with FIS AvantGard LLC to install, maintain, and support a treasury information management system. The system will automate information exchanges with the City’s banking and investment partners to help the office track and report on the City’s cash and investments; the agreements are expected to last up to 10 years and cost about $4 million over that period.
