This enacted law changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for mixed-income housing developments that may qualify for extra floor area, height, or housing-unit density. It allows qualifying property owners to receive these bonuses by providing affordable housing or, in certain cases, paying the City before a building permit is issued; the payment must be used for specified housing trust fund purposes.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-702, entitled "Floor Area, Height, and Housing Unit Density Bonuses," by amending the provisions for Mixed Income Housing; all under certain terms and conditions.
