This enacted bill establishes a no-stopping, tow-away zone on the east side of Jasper Street, from E. Clearfield Street south to the end of Jasper Street. It replaces any earlier parking rules for that section of Jasper Street and affects people who park or stop there.
Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Jasper Street and E. Clearfield Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
