This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s Zoning Maps for certain land within the area bounded by Spring Garden Street, Lancaster Avenue, 38th Street, Hamilton Street, and 31st Street. It changes the properties’ zoning designations from those previously shown on the maps to the designations shown in the bill’s replacement maps, effective immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Spring Garden Street, Lancaster Avenue, 38th Street, Hamilton Street, and 31st Street.
