This enacted bill changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain properties in the area bounded by Chestnut Street, 45th Street, Ludlow Street, and 46th Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown in the ordinance’s maps and took effect immediately.
