This enacted ordinance authorizes Aspen Operations, LLC to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 741 North 23rd Street, along North 23rd and Aspen Streets. The café may operate daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., while maintaining minimum clear sidewalk widths, and the owner must obtain required approvals and meet conditions including insurance and removal if needed for City construction.
