This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to allow up to three vendors on the south side of Cottman Avenue between Bustleton Avenue and Bradford Street, and up to three vendors on the east side of Bustleton Avenue between Cottman Avenue and Saint Vincent Street. It also keeps an exception for owners or tenants of abutting buildings to sell fresh fruit, vegetables, or flowers under specified sidewalk-space conditions.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by allowing for sidewalk sales near the intersection of Cottman Avenue and Bustleton Avenue.
