This enacted bill authorizes the City Solicitor to enter into a contract lasting up to four years with a provider that will organize, edit, and market printed and electronic versions of The Philadelphia Code. The contract may also cover related services and materials, under terms set by the City Solicitor.

Authorizing the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City, to enter into a multi-year contract with a provider of codification, editing, and marketing services to produce printed and electronic versions of The Philadelphia Code and related services and material all under certain terms and conditions.
