The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk sales rules by creating an exception to a vending prohibition in a defined area near Lindbergh Boulevard and 84th Street. It allows the sale of fresh fruits and vegetables near the northeast corner of that intersection, and took effect immediately.
