The enacted ordinance authorizes Charles Peruto, doing business as Peruto Development LLC, to construct, own, and maintain an exterior stairway at 1640-42 Fitzwater Street that would extend into the South 17th Street sidewalk right-of-way. At least six feet of passable sidewalk must remain, and the owner must obtain required permits, maintain insurance, cover related costs, and remove the stairway if the City requires it for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Charles Peruto, DBA Peruto Development LLC, to construct, own, and maintain a proposed exterior stairway at 1640-42 Fitzwater Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146, all under certain terms and conditions.
