The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to amend its lease with St. Agnes MOB, LLC, for space at 1930 South Broad Street. The amendment adds 21,715 square feet, bringing the City’s leased office space there to about 41,027 square feet, with the lease running through December 10, 2033, subject to the stated rent, expense, and renewal terms.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into an amendment to a lease agreement with St. Agnes MOB, LLC, for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 1930 South Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
