This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from City Plan No. 120 and abandon a public-utility right-of-way in the former Redner Street area between Twentieth and Twenty-First Streets, south of Oxford Street. The affected property owner or other party must meet conditions, including protecting the City from claims, paying for any needed changes to water, sewer, and utility facilities, and providing financial security for required work.
Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 120 and abandonment of a certain right-of-way reserved for various public utility purposes extending from Twentieth Street to Twenty-First Street, south of Oxford Street, under certain terms and conditions.
