The enacted ordinance changes the Far Northeast Overlay District rules in parts of the 56th, 58th, 63rd, and 66th Wards. It prohibits several vehicle-related businesses on certain industrial lots, limits visitor accommodations near residential zoning, bans roof decks in specified districts, and sets a 35-foot maximum building height in residential and CMX-1 and CMX-2 districts within the overlay.
Amending Chapter 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by amending Section 14-514, entitled "/FNE, Far Northeast Overlay District," all under certain terms and conditions.
