This enacted bill authorizes Independence Park Hotel to construct, own, and maintain an exterior ramp at 235 Chestnut Street that would extend into the public sidewalk area. The ramp must leave at least five feet of clear sidewalk space and is subject to city permits, an agreement with the City, insurance and other conditions, including possible removal for city construction projects.
