This enacted bill approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ amended Fiscal Year 2020 capital budget, authorizing up to $129,000,007 for capital projects during the period from September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2020. It also acknowledged PGW’s revised capital-budget forecast for fiscal years 2021 through 2025 and placed conditions on certain project funds, including limits on transfers and an expiration date.

Approving the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2020 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging the receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2021 through 2025, as amended.
