This enacted ordinance amends a 2019 ordinance concerning the placement of Alter Street between Seventeenth and Eighteenth Streets on the City Plan to better match existing conditions. It revises the requirements for the change, including requiring the interested party to file an agreement protecting the City from related claims and to pay the cost of advertising the public hearing, generally within two years after the ordinance takes effect.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 190450) approved July 17, 2019, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 15-S by placing on the City Plan Alter Street from Seventeenth Street to Eighteenth Street in order to conform more closely with existing conditions, under certain terms and conditions," by revising the terms and conditions stated therein and making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
