This enacted law amends Philadelphia’s landlord-tenant rules governing procedures before the Fair Housing Commission. It sets requirements for hearing notices, allows parties to be represented by an attorney or a non-attorney representative, permits subpoenas when an owner or agent does not appear, and authorizes the Commission to adopt regulations; it affects tenants, landlords, and others involved in unfair rental practice complaints.

Amending Chapter 9-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Landlord and Tenant," to clarify and amend applicable procedures pertaining to the Fair Housing Commission, and to provide for the adoption of regulations; all under certain terms and conditions.
