This enacted law authorizes a buffered bicycle lane on the south side of Spruce Street from 2nd Street to 22nd Street and on the north side of Pine Street from Front Street to 18th Street. It also allows traffic-control devices, such as flexible posts, near the end of blocks by crosswalks, with exceptions for blocks that have dedicated left-turn lanes.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a buffered bicycle lane on Spruce Street, from 2nd Street to 22nd Street and on Pine Street, from Front Street to 18th Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
