This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s farmers’ market rules to permit a farmers’ market on the sidewalk and curb lane on the west side of Ogontz Avenue, in front of 7178 Ogontz Avenue. It took effect immediately and applies to use of that location for a farmers’ market.
Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on Ogontz Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
