This enacted ordinance authorizes one bicycle lane in each direction on Passyunk Avenue from 61st Street to Essington Avenue and on Essington Avenue from Passyunk Avenue to Bartram Avenue. It also removes a parking lane in those areas and establishes no-stopping zones on specified sides and sections of the streets, with some changes taking effect when replacement signs are installed.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize bicycle lanes in the vicinity of Passyunk Avenue, from 61st Street to Essington Avenue and Essington Avenue, from Passyunk Avenue to Bartram Avenue; and making associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
