This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire full ownership or a lesser real estate interest in all or part of the land near Calera Road between Red Lion Road and Chalfont Drive, commonly known as the Liberty Bell Youth Organization Recreation Center. The acquisition may be made through purchase, condemnation, donation, or other means for nominal consideration, with the City Solicitor authorized to approve the necessary documents.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest to all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land located in the vicinity of Calera Road between Red Lion Road and Chalfont Drive, commonly known as the Liberty Bell Youth Organization Recreation Center.
